1. Overview
This page explains what information GetOwnWeb collects when you visit this website or submit one of our forms, and how that information is handled afterwards. We keep this deliberately short so you can actually read it.
2. What we collect
When you fill out our contact or onboarding forms, we collect only the details you type in directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, business information, and any message content you include. We do not collect payment information through this site.
- Basic identifiers: name, email, optional phone
- Business context: business name, industry, current website
- Message content: whatever you choose to share in the free-text fields
3. How we use it
Submitted information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, scope your website project, and deliver the services you’ve asked us for. We never sell or rent your information to third parties, and we don’t enrol you in a marketing list without explicit consent.
4. Data storage
Form submissions are delivered directly to our team over email. They are not written to a public database on this server. If you become a client, we may keep your project details in a private, access-controlled file for the duration of the engagement plus a short retention window for tax/records purposes.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it entirely, at any time. Send us an email using the address on the contact page and we’ll action it within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Contact us
Questions about this policy, or want your information removed? Reach out via the contact page and we’ll take care of it.
